A huge demand of Rs. 49300/- for Bill plan change

We are having TATA Photon plus data card connections for last more than a year in the name of our company Myguesthouse Accomodations Pvt. Ltd. (Online Hotel Booking Portal with a network of 10000+ Hotels worldwide). We got our bill plan changed in Dec-2012. At the time of plan change they (Tata Teleservices Ltd.) didn’t tell us about any monetary charge if applicable. In the next billing period they sent us a bill stating that we have to pay Rs. 1700/- per data card which comes out to be Rs. 49300/- for 29 cards as churn out fee. It was quite unbelievable and we immediately contacted customer care for the same to rectify the bills enabling us to pay bills on time as they didn’t tell us about any fee at the time of plan change and told us nothing will be charged for that. The customer care didn’t provide us any resolution to this billing issue. Though we keep paying our regular bills on time. Last week suddnely they stopped internet services to all our data cards without intimating us about stopping of services and it is still off. It has been approx 1 week since they have stopped our services and it caused us huge loss in terms of business. Our monetary loss due to interruption in data cards internet connectivity in our organisation is estimated approx INR 10.00 Lacs. Now we demand Tata Teleservices to pay the loss caused due to their failure to provide good quality of service that they have promised to give us.
