Bad service to our symphony air cooler

Name of company/service: Quick time service

The quick time service is a service firm for symphony Air cooler, This company is the worst service company i have ever came across. The service personnel came from this firm were not seems to be technically sound and at the same time morally careless. We are waiting for their service s from last 20 days and this company promise service with in 24Hrs. I want strict action on this firm. Please bar its service licence permanently and we want them to repay for the problems we faced after purchasing this cooler.

    I m the owner of quick time services authorized service center of symphony ltd.,my tech. are well qualified and experienced but resolving some of the complained are not in our hand bcoz we are bounded by the company so we are not totally responsible for any problem faced by customer,I wish I could.
