Dear sir,
I bought a samsung A/C.on day one itself the product was not fuctioning, the service personal have taken the A/C without proper packing,its 205th day now, i spent 30000/- on this A/c, samsung which is known for the brand is not replacing the product ,its asking me to take the repaired product,i would have bought a second hand product or assembled the a/c at home ,instead of buying a repaired product. plz refund my money.
