Sir,
I am a new Customer of Hero Honda Bike. I purchased Passion Pro on 18/09/2009 (4.5 month earlier )from
Pal Enterprises Vidisha(M.P). After proper maintenence and Servicing at Showroom itself there is some problem in my bike. I immediately report it to workshop supervisor to rectify the issue.
As i went to get the delivery of bike they ask me to sign some official document which indicates that my warranty is going to end now.
As by Hero Honda policy there is Warranty of Two years but they ask me to sign it if i want my bike or to take any action.
Please take immediate action to get my bike back with warranty as well.
