Name of company/service: Reliance telecom
When I shifted from prepaid to post paid connection, the representative of the company took Rs250 as security deposit and said that it will be refunded with the first months bill. When the 1st month passed, I asked the customer care representative, she said that it will be deducted in the second months bill and now after three months the reliance customer care department is saying that it will be refunded after 60 days from the date of service termination.
I dont understand what kind of rules these companies follow?
My complain is,
1. Why I was not explained about the ill effects of your company?
2. Why your company always gave me wrong notions about the refund?
3. Why your comapany didnt show me your so called rule book which keep on changing for profits?
4. I havent signed any such rule stating that Rs250 will be refunded after the termination of connection, so I want my money back as soon as possible.
