I on 9th Feb purchases a gold chain .
It has been purchased for my wife on occasion of my anniversary at 24th Feb.
At the time we purchased the chain , shopkeeper did gift rap on it.
when we open it on 24th Feb . Chain was broken and now shopkeeper is telling that he cannot give chain with same design .
He given us choice of choosing any other chain. But why we choose other chain we paid extra amount for the chain we picked on 9th.
please help me on it.
