Money not refunded back for faulty online recharge with over 45 days

This is to highlight that i had tried doing an online recharge of my tata photon on 14th Jan-13. Pls find the mail written to [email protected]

As discussed earlier pls find the details of the debit which has happened from my Yes Bank a/c on 14th Jan-13 @ 11:40 AM with transaction is TECHPRO61670316.

The money has yet not been credited back to my a/c. I raised a compliant earlier on 14th Jan-13 and got a call on 16th Jan evening which was of no use but your executive has closed that compliant stating i was satisfied with the advice given which was not the case, i am still awaiting my money back.

I have successfully recharged my a/c this morning again online through same website PAYTM.

According to my understanding the money has been debited by Merchant which is techprocess in this case and has not been handed over to you and has not been credited into my account.

For all future correspondence kindly reply back to all the IDs mentioned in this mail. Attaching the debit entry on 14th Jan-13

Kindly ensure the same is closed asap as TAT for the same is 3 days. Awaiting the credit back and earliest response.

i have a valid transaction no of techprocess and they claiming that this is not a valid no and techprocess has not debited any money and credited to their (tata docomo) a/c.

I have got confirmation from my banker (yes bank) that the money was received by tata photon on 19th Jan-13.

since then there have been no of calls by their team trying to pacify me that the money will be refunded, until last talks where they have explicitly said they will not refund the money.

Kindly help as this case of pure cheating.
