No customer service for Samsung handset

Bought Samsung S Duos a month back and immediately started facing problem with basic necessity of a phone; the voice from the handset is barely audible even when tried with different simcards. Went back to the store but was asked to get the newly bought handset serviced. Was directed to this service centre ‘Shree Communications’ in Khadki pune. First of all the people there were very rude and did not want to understand the problem. Finally they accepted the problem and took my handset. They supposedly claimed to have changed the speaker and motherboard of the handset. However, I was not given any written proof/document stating change / replacement of said parts. They declined outright from giving any proof but asked to take away the handset.
However the problem still persisted and I went back to them. This time the person in charge (Rahul Agarawal) was extremely rude and declined to even hear out my problem. Since I did not budge from there, he once again took the handset in his custody. I got a call from them in a day’s time and was asked to just take away the handset without being given any diagnosis.
This clearly shows their disinterest in resolving customer issue. Samsung is just interested in increasing sales volume without being bothered about basic customer care provided to its customers. A basic problem of voice also cannot be attended to. Hence, my new handset bought for Rs. 14000 has become totally useless.
