Hello, i have ordered some clothes from shoppers stop online website,where those orders have been cancelled and they have not giving the amount which i have paid through the debit card,instead they are ignoring my inquiry from the past year of the total amount of Rs.5,641 of 3 orders and they are ignoring my calls and requests.i spoke to an head officer Mr.Vishal,everytime i spoke with him he said that he will do it.but no its been months now,so please kindly accept my problem and solve it.
