Not satisfied with the service and getting net problem every day

Location/place: jp nagar,bangalore

Name of company/service: Tikona Broad brand

We are using tikona broad brand from past 3 month’s ,Every day we are facing problem . even though we lanched a complaint they are not responding properly and not from past 2 months they are telling there is some problem with tower and it will be solved with in 24 hours i think for them 24 hours means 2 months . when we called to customer care and asked to talk with their manager or their senior person they are not forwarding the call and executive only talking like manager’s and talking very rude.
