I bought a SKODA RAPID last year & the 1st service is overdue as shown in the dashboard pop-up.This should have been serviced well before end Jan & till date I have not received any phone call or letter or e-mail from the dealer .In fact there is no response to my phone calls as if I am at their mecrcy which is true as one cannot change the dealership as they are the only dealer for SKODA in Chennai.
I recall that it took me over 4 months to get the insurance policy & RC book itself was collected after 2 long monbths of rigorous follow-up.
IS IT THE LEVEL OF INDIAN CONSUMER SATISFACTION ?
Such dealers should be AXED by the parent company
