Balance deduction

I m using Idea Cellular mobile connection i.e.9425554002..yesterday i have downloaded youtube downloader from nokia ovi store using BSNL broadband Wi-Fi connection and at that time my mobile data connection was off..and i bought that application by paying 5/-from my main balance but withou my knowledge they have deducted 100/- from my main balance saying that u have used idea net and it is for browsing but i used only BSNL Wi-Fi connection…and when i made a call to customer care than they did a misbehavior with me…and decline my request to refund my balance
