Since it was not delivered till 28 th of January I raised a complaint. The details of complaint are as follows

But still the product is not delivered, I have paid the full amount. There is no response from customer care even after regular follow up. They dont have toll free number for customer care, I need to pay every time I call them.
This is disgusting and not expected from a Times group company.
