I had made several representation since December 10 2012 through emails and telephonic conversations to birla sun life insurance officials but no result seen. Many of my emails were rejected by birla sun life server. Your help needed in this regard — THANKS To 19-02-2013

Sub— regarding cancellation of policy
Dear sir ,
I am associated with BIRLA SUN LIFE MUTUAL FUND for several years with number of funds and SIP’s and recently gone through a new policy of no. 005852593 on 07-12-2012,of rs.30000/- per annum. The policy was issued through one of your agents at Delhi via telephonic conversations with Mr. Gupta of vodaphone mobile no 09654569757 in the month of Nov. 2012, all the documents collected by one of your collection agent of mobile no 09370617630 at Chandrapur (Maharastra).Mr. Gupta told me the following things—
1) The policy is for 5 years
2) After 5 years I will get rs.250000/-
3) After 45 days BSL will refund rs. 15000/-(out of 30000/-),AS COMMISSION
4) From 2nd year and up to 5 years rs. 2000/- will be refunded AS COMMISSION
5) Four members of my family’ treatment will be free anywhere in india
Sir, none of the above was fulfilled. Mr. Gupta had offered me such things then only I have gone for a policy by telephone. After issue of my policy Mr. Gupta’ mobile is switched off. I contacted to Mr. Raushan Kumar(advisor of Birla Sun Life, no. 09654014823) on10th Dec.2012,he advised me to talk to customer care, they also not responded, then Mr. Raushan Kumar asked to contact to Mr. Gupta(BSL) phone no 01130783445, Mr. Gupta not shown any interest. I wrote several emails from Dec.17 onwards but no reply received. Many of my emails had rejected at your office also. After my email on 14th Jan 2013 Mr. Gupta(so called advisor, mobile no 09654569757) did phoned me from landline no. of BIRLA SUNLIFE’ office and assured me once again to fulfill all the things as he offered me before allotment of policy. I have been allotted a complaint no. BSLI-P-2012-004479 on 14-01-2013,but no reply yet. On 29-01-2013, your reply received against a complaint no. 313331159(after 15 days) which seems like a AUTO RESPONSE FROM BSL AND WAS FED FOR AUTO REPLY FOR ALL CUSTOMERS AFTER 15 DAYS, you would have replied on the same day because none of my grievances were addressed. This type of cheating should not be happen to anyone. Despite repeated request by phone, emails, I realize that none of my grievances will be considered, so please refund me the full amount. The promises made by Mr. Gupta on behalf of BSL is meant for the customers to trap in the nets only. How much frustration for me after getting a new policy. I am writing to consumer court, consumer forum also. And also go to social networking sites available so that no one can be cheated in future
