Faulty handset

I have to make a complaint that i have ordered a handset(htc wildfire worth rs 6999/-) on 10/feb/13 from d2hshop.com. It was delivered to me on 15/feb/13. The handset which they have sent is faulty. I have requested them to change this product but its around 20 days and they are giving me lame excuses and not sending the courier person to take it from my house and give me a new product. Despite they are forcing me to send this product to their office by courier. Please help me.
