Respected Sir/Madam,
I want to draw your attention to a fraud educational institute named CF India Portal , Mumbai which promises all the students high fi things and at the end of all provides nothing.
At the beginning they are so very caring and giving calls every now and then and when its comes to deliveries they don’t provide any thing .Nither the course material, nor the faculty, nor the online test which they have promised nothing.
There are several reasons which have compelled me to take this decision which certainly i would like to discuss here .
1. I have enrolled at Thane centre , Navi Mumbai on 12th Jan,2013 and have asked the concerned persons to scheduled my classes at Vashi Centre , Navi Mumbai but no one has even bothered to take a note of that and evry time ( from past 2 occasion ) my classes have been scheduled at Thane Centre which is really frustrating .
2. Secondly , when ever i have a class which i think i have , i never get a call on time from the student care informing me about the classes and every thing.Its me only who calls up every now and then to the student care to get the time and venue.Even when they give a call its like the class is from 6:00 pm and they inform me around 5:30 pm.Just tell me how will i even manage to do the class.
On 3rd Feb,2013 ( Sunday ) i had my class and no one from the student care has bothered even to give a call to me and tell me that your lecture is scheduled at this and this time . Seriously, id this the way a professional institute works .
3. Thirdly, the study material ( Hard copies ) which have been provided is just not at all satisfactory .These are some xerox materials which i wont be excepting at all. Other institute are providing the original study material for GMAT preparation . Really its so disheartening to see all this going on when i have paid Rs. 20000 as a fee toward my study.
So, these situations have made me to take this call to ask you for a refund of my fees.
These institute people have stopped receiving my calls and when they receives they make some excuse and never attend any problem of mine.
Request you to help me to get out of this fraud institute as they have taken my Rs.20000 which is a big amount for people like us of middle class society.
Looking forward for a positive response soon.
