Axis Bank’s Fraud

Hello All,

I have the Axis account and debit card. I checked the below offer on RedBus, which says 50 Rs off on bus booking using Axis Bank debit card

I tried to book the ticket f 500 Rs. and applied the code RBAXIS2013 given by Axis bank and message displayed on the RedBus website saying

Congratulation !! You have been given 50 Rs. Off and it shown the ticket of price 450 instead of 500 Rs.

Then I clicked on Continue but on the next page the amount shown is Rs. 500, so I done the booking and it took 500 Rs. from my Axis Bank account number.

I tried the same thing thrice and getting the same result. Axis Offer code is fake.

I called the Redbus office and they said this is issue with Axis bank.

I am following up with Axis bank from last 20 days and there is not good response from Axis.

Earlier they said this is not a Axis offer and now they are saying if you apply the code you will get the money and said we will not refund money.

Anyone can go and check that offer is not working.

Its not about 50 Rs., its about the trust,I have my account with Axis. If they don’t refund 50 Rs back then how can I believe my money is safe with them.

Please help me.
