Name of company/service: ICICI bank

On 14/01/2013 I made a debit card transaction of Rs. 6360.00 with my ICICI debit card and the amount was debited twice from my account. After that since last 41days I am continuously following the bank to resolve the problem and refund back me the aforesaid amount. I logged complain on their website 4 times but till date they didn’t contact me or resolved my problem. Each time they close my complain without resolving it. Then I went to the Agartala ICICI bank Branch where my account is, but they refused to help me saying that this is online transaction and I have to log the complain online. Now what can I do? as I am not getting any solution complaining online offline anything.
