<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: snapdeal</p>hi i had bought claycraft mug set at snapdeal a few days back. the product was broken when it reached me. i immediately contacted the customer care and they assured me that they will do something about it within 48 hours. today it has been more than 72 hours and havent recieved any call from them. 2 days back i emailed them and asked them to ship the replacement or refund me the money asap but they have undertaken 0 pains. help!
