I purchased this pone some 3 months back Within 3rd day the phone started showing software problem and phone would be hanging My old ticket no was 12112701395 After that I went to Sony authorized service center at Ahmadabad regarding this problem Then your service engineer solves this problem
After 3 months I faced another problem with this phone The problem is that my phone had automatically switched off Then again I went to service center My ticket no is 13021100239 and job no W13021100239 dated 11 2 13 After checking your service engineer told that there is problem in motherboard And again he guaranteed that phone will be in working condition within 8 days But as on today after 11 days we can t receive the phone And they want again 7 days for repairing purpose
So without my phone I am totally handicapped so please replace the phone or send my total money back
