This is regarding one of my order which was ordered through Tradus.com. i had booked one Tablet on 16th february- just after booking they have deduct money from bank. and monday i got confirmation like the seller (authorized seller of tradus) has accepted the order.) again it took 2 days to ship then finally wednesday they shipped. but after completing 80 hours of dispatching still my product is in the same location of its original. regarding this i complained to tradus but i got an answer is very sad. they can’t do anything at this time. either u contact seller or wait till when it is getting delivered. i am contacting 3 of the following teams. Tradus/seller/and ARAMEX (Worst ever idiots) but no one replying back to me. i am asked for cancelling the order. tradeus said they cant cancel..you dont waht to receive the pack then once it is returned to the same seller after that within 2 days they can refund… Dont TRUST TRADUS Advertisement…
