Called the customer on 9043395875 but was not reachable and tried a lot hence @ CRM team kindly convince the customer to provide a GC of Rs 150 as there is a minor defect in the product to save his or ITS time and if he wont be agree for the same then ask to send the product himself as per the new return policy. My question is- Why I’m supposed to pay the courier charges ?
I dont want Coupon against the courier charges. I need cash back. I dont want to buy anything more from the Indiatimes.
