I Roshan lal gupta from Indirapuram Gzb,completely disappointed from Videocon Branch Manager Gzb Mr Satender. This issue started, When I complained about my LCD TV and booked my complaint in Videocon Customer Care Center. They booked it and gave me a complaint No. as a reference. Engineer Mr Raj and Mr Sattender came and told me that one part of my LCD was damaged, and took some photographs of opened LCD. My LCD was Out of Warranty. So, they told me that they would arrange part from outside. Money required to fix it they told me they would inform me later over my mobile. However, they told me that it would be outside the company. I told them that I had no issues if my LCD would start Working Properly. Finally they took my LCD to their customer care center and after 2 days,Mr Satender called me to inform that he had arranged the part which was very expensive. On enquiring he told me that we had to pay Rs.7,000/- all inclusive. I clearly told him that I dont want to pay that huge amount for my LCD. To this he reduced the price to Rs.6000/- for me with his full and kind assurance that he would take care of it whenever it would cause any problem. On his repeted assurance I agreed to give Rs 6,000 to Mr Satender. He fixed my LCD and returned it in proper working condition with a Company slip. Everything went well only for few days not only a month passed my LCD again got Damaged with the same problem. I called and requested Mr satender to come and check it on 4th June, 2012. From that time till date he didnt answered my phone and if I called him from any unrecognised no. he answered but the momemnt I told him my name he disconnects the line. Infact I tried to reach them through the numbers which are there on company slip but without any sucess. Now I left with no other alternative except to compained againt them.
