I had booked a AKASH TABLET on line on Dec 19, 2011 (Booking ID: PMEBE3A62054). the order was confirmed by Datawind and I had couriered the cheque (Axis Bank # 433332) for Rs 2999/- on Feb 17, 2012, which was cleared from my bank account on March 13, 2012. Subsequent to this I am in constant touch with the Datawind regarding delivery of the Tablet but there was only assurance that it would be delivered soon but so far I have not received the same. Till whole of 2012 the same situation persisted and then in the beginning of 2013, they had informed me that the model for which I had paid the money is no longer available and an upgraded version is there for which I need to pay Rs 1500/- extra is there. In this response I had told them I am not interested to pay this extra money and kindly refund my money back with interest through email dated Jan 14, 2013, Datawind people had asked for my bank details for the refund, which I had provided immediately. Now more than one month is passed I have not received the refund and on contacting them they are asking for bank details only. I have sent the same at least 2-3 times.
Kindly suggest me what shall I do in this context
