I booked an order from Ferns and Petals on 15th february 2013.The Order No. was 701363562 costing around INR 2200/-.This order contains bouquet of 20 red roses along with a chocolate packet and 1 pound cake.I booked this special order on the occasion of my Sister marriage anniversary.But later i came to know that chocolates were missing from the order.It was highly irritating. I tried to contact Fersn and PEtals but they neither responded my phone calls nor my complaint lodged on there website.Hence i want to take some strict action against them.
