Faulty Sony Xperia tipo phone not being repaired after repeated complaints

I purchased a Sony Xperia tipo ST21i on 25th January,2013.After only two days of use,the phone experienced major problems.As procedure lays out,I returned it to the retailer on 3rd February,2013 for fixing the problem.The retailer claimed to get it serviced from the company in 7 days time,because the phone was in warranty period.I was returned the phone after 14 days on 17th Feb,2013.The problem still persists and when I inquired about it to the retailer,he started giving excuses.I want my phone to be fixed as soon as possible.The retailer does not entertain my problem anymore and tells me that it is not his problem.
