complaint and deman for reimbursement

To whom so ever concerned

I, Ghanshyam Gupta hoping to be a valued customer have to report with
much regret that i own a car of your company the Volkswagen das auto
My car vento which has been suffering with a defected engine since last 5 months
It made so much noise while driving as if it was a tractor which was
quite embarrassing
Hence i sent it to the Volkswagen lucknow workshop, under Mr. Rathore
the workshop manager & Mr. Amit Talwar the workshop supervisor
in spite of my requesting to replace the engine,
They changed injector and then too the sound didn’t vanish.
Hence an engineer of Audi company checked the car and concluded that
car turbo is defected
So Mr. rathore and amit changed the turbo
But even then the noise didn’t vanish
Mr. Rathore assured that the noises would vanish in some days
But instead of reducing it increased more and more
Since 5months the car had to be taken to the workshop every week
After 2days of the turbo being changed the car was brought into use
On 2013-02-01 the car broke on the way in Akbarpur, a district of
Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
The engine smoked a lot and the knocking sound started increasing continuously
At last the car had to be stopped
Then i called Volkswagen helpline where they told that the car had to
be taken to the nearest Volkswagen workshop i.e. Allahabad and come
back to my residence( lucknow) with a booked cab
Car is at Allahabad workshop and not made up till date i.e. 2013-02-16
I received an email from Allahabad workshop which conveyed that the
cars condition haven’t improved a bit
since last 15 days the workshop has been experimenting i dont know
what on my car
indeed the workshop didn’t even provide me a loaner car for the time
the are repairing my car

i m an interior designer and my business sites are far from my
residence which are needed to be covered with help of the car
the car was the backbone of my business lacking which i am going
through big losses
taking the car every week to the workshops has been too time consuming
and fruitless too
and what was the result!
the engine has totally stopped working
such kind of carelessness has been marring the image of your own brand
what kind of customer care is this,
where you are not concerned about the discomfort and problems caused
due to your product

i am forced to give negative but true feedback to people who
approached me to know the review of your vento
it had become a muse for laughter in public when the car tagged
Volkswagen sounded like tractor

the car has costing a ransom amount of money and such a poor
performance of not an old car is very disheartening
over that not providing a loaner car so that my business would carry
on without any hitches has made my case hopeless

the customer helpline also turned down my requests and delayed any help
i did not get the reply of a complain filed 10days back
I request you to grant me a new car (similar model) as i see no sign
of improvement in the car since last 5months as the car has been
repeatedly visiting your workshops
As the car’s condition has further more deteriorated, i demand full
replacement of my car

The bad performance of the car and its stay in workshop for long time
has caused me enough losses in my business
Hence i claim compensation for the business losses i have suffered in
this time period of 15days
I hope you do the necessary else i would be forced to seek the help of
the court
i would also report against mr talwar and mr rathore the manager and
supervisor of Volkswagen lko workshop, for harassing me and not
entertaining my appeals

From an a1 company like Volkswagen we customers expect a1 performance
and services
But i have been badly disappointed by your services.
A consumer like me doesn’t know much about the brands but i trusted in
yours as the car was needed to help me to earn a living
hence the company is liable to pay for my business losses and harassment.
The absence of the car has already brought my business down so i want
you to provide me with a new vento minus any problem ASAP else i would
be forced seek the court for assistance
