non delivery of bought product

i purchased an MP3 player online from NAPTOL to gift someone on Valentines Day 14 feb. i purchased it on 04 feb. my order number is 5915255. i was told that on 09 feb my courier has reached gwalior and courier number is 4468839745 via aramex courier service. from the courier company aramex, i took the number of the local employee of aramex and asked him to deliver it. in reply he said he will give it whenever he finds time or whenever more couriers of this place are due for delivering. for last 8 days he hasnt delivered the item and now talks rudely and says ‘ main courier nahi de raha , jo karna hai kar lo’. i informed naptol complaint number 4153858 but they replied that they cant do anything as they dont have control over aramex courier. i m very upset as i could not give the gift on time and i am getting tortured and humiliated even though i ve paid the full amount in advance. i was promised by Naptol that my order will be delivered in max 2-5 days.
