I am using a airtel prepaid connection from last 5 months. In betweem my connection was disconnected. I contacted airtel office which is situated at 8/226 SGM plaza , Arya nagar , Kanpur 208001 U.P.. Firstly they disconnected my outgoing then i went to the office and they told me to submit my id. and i submitted my id(voter id).They told me that my no.will be working in next 48 hrs. when i visited after 48 hrs they told me my no. is deleted by the company then i asked to return my id which i was submitted there they said after two days your id will be back to you. Now it has been 2 weeks i didnt get my id back. I am afraid that my id should be misplace or misuse.Please do the need full to get my id back. still office executives have no answer about my id.
