I flew from Guwahati to Kolkata via Agartala on 7th February 2013 via Flight No – 874. My PNR No was Hf9cdm. I reached Kolkata but I did not get my luggage in the airport. After reporting this to one of SpiceJet member Mr. Sandeep I was assured that I will be getting my luggage by Saturday 9th February 2013 at my address Bilaspur. But today I was told that I can only get it after 7 working days, as they have sent it to my Bilaspur address. But they are not giving me the docket number of the courier. I have clearly mentioned that my luggage has all my medicines & the prescriptions which are of utmost importance to me apart from my cloths & sunglasses.
