Order Placed in CARRY MY CARD and not Delivered

I have ordered a valantine card for my wife through www.carrymycard.com with the order number 100002257 and Shipment Number 100001412 and i got a mail it has been dispatched on 1st Feb through www.firstflight.net with the consignment number B60579881 and its reflecting on the first flight website it has been delivered on 12th Feb2013 and it has not yet delivered and when i register a complaint in carrymycard there is no response.
