enabled tunes and charged rs;121 with out informing

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

I received a call from tata docomo customer care center and i was told to enable caller tunes. I very clearly said NO. But after disconnecting the call they enabled the service and charged Rs:121.My contact number is : 8050177291.
