Collected Fee but service did not started

Location/place: IIM Calcutta

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

They called me for giving me an offer on converting my number from pre paid to post paid. They sent their employee to collect the registration fee and document.
After I deposited the fee and document they are simply not responding. They keep rejecting my call. Following are the numbers from which I received the call.
