Unnecessary deduction

on 02/02/2013 at round about 8.25 p:m i talked to a customer care executive namely Rajinder in order to know the reason of charing one rupee (1 rupee) for per local call , but the customer care executive behaved in an impolite manner and after some time there was tit for tat. In the mean time when i was on the phone with the very person , i got some 2-8 messages from reliance that i been subscribed for internet and my balance reached a level of rupees 5 then i asked the very person that when i sent request for subscription but the truth is that i am online with u AND A LOT OF DISCUSSION was there, then the very person assured me that he has registerd the compliant on my behalf and next day there was another complaint registered on my behalf and again on the very next day there was deduction from my account and when i talked to senior customer care ex. i came to know that there was no complaint forwarded from my no and there was no solution of fraud deductions from my account
