At the time of getting new LPG connection from CHANDRANI INDANE,BOISAR,DIST: THANE, 401501 They are forcefully giving some additional accessories without the consent of the customer.As i was already having gas oven so i said them not to give me the gas oven with the connection, listening my demand they started misbehaving me and said to me that they will not give me the connection if i don’t take the gas oven & threatened me by saying do whatever you want but we will not give you the connection.As i was helpless and they started shouting at me i finally decided to take the connection with the gas oven and so many other bogus accessories.because i was not having any other option but to surrender as i was desperately needing the connection.
their behavior is so rude towards the customers as if they are gods and doing great deed for public. i am really upset with this kind of treatment from the Gas agency. even i can’t go to other distributor because they have clear cut monopoly in my area.. so being hopeless i have to take the connection.
i will be grateful if necessary action is taken by consumer court..
