Worst customer care service experience.

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Reliance Telecom

I made the payment for my reliance gsm no 9990099344 four days ago but still my outgoing is not activated from their sight even when I had conversation with their customer care executive thrice and they are just delaying it again and again.
