delivery not received

order no DEGI-070220138 has not been received yet ,Ii order it from expressgift india.com. The concern person did not received it however i got a delivery email. my question why there was no call being made to the recipient at the time of delivery. I want my money back or deliver the item within half an hour. Its really disappointing. The order was for Abhijit Das.
