Name of company/service: BSNL
The service provided by BSNL is very erratic. It is very normal that the network fails at least once or twice a week. The mobile internet service provided by the company is very poor, first of all, in spite of availability of 3G network in my area, the network is seldom available to use, second, the internet service does NOT work at least 20-25 days a month. It feels like we do not pay for the services provided. I am deeply offended and I want the problems to be looked into and finally solved.
