On date 9/02/2013, they have activated Beauty tips, without asking me.
and debited my balance rs 99. I have complained to tata docomo cuctomer care no. 121 on 9/02/2013. They told that we will refund your account balance and your balance will be credited within 7 hrs and he also give me complaint no–PSG2012126063. But still i didn’t got my balance…
So I just want to return my balance rs. 99, other wise i will take action….

I Abhishek Kumar pandit from bhilai chhattisgarh. i am using a premium mobile number in tata docomo company last 3 to 4 year. last 2 days ageo recive a sms friday dt.21.06.2013 6:50 pm submit your mobile number document within 48 hrs. i am submit my number document saturday dt. 22.06.2013 in tata docomo store smriti nagar 1:00 pm but my mobile number 8871649000 has bard from company end. iam purchase this number Rs. 3000/- and dt. 20.06.2013 doing topup Rs.150/- my number is distribute in my friend my bank id and my company client so sir please help. i need my mobile number. [ i submit my mobile number document 24 hrs but my number is deleted why]

the last local call to this number 8933229776, on 15-08-2013 at 8:52pm for 21min:10sec charged me Rs25.40/-.
my point is very specific my last call charges are 1270 sec X 1.2 pa = Rs15.24/- then why did u deduct Rs25.40/- from my account.
