Name of company/service: Reliance Telecommunications(Big TV)

I paid a amount of Rs in jan-2011 for Relinace for Big TV recharge to continue the pack that what ever iam using.
BUT they changed the package as per their system with out consulting me.

After that i paid amount for HD box.
They are unable to deliver that after two months also.
they didn’t refund my money also.Now they are saying that they deducted my money
