Dear sir,

I, Mr Bhojraj Nandanwar using vodafone sim card. On dated 26/02/2013 at 10am I paid my post paid phone bill by vodafone SSK machine at nagpur location but mistakenly it was paid in wrong account, after that I talked in call centre, according to them if I send them mail with bill scan copy then they commited that my money will be transfer in my account but it is not happen like that.

Please do the needful
