Complaint: against Timtara.com (online e commerce website)

Location/place: Chennai

Name of company/service: www.timtara.com

I ordered two products through www.timtara.com (online website),
amount of product is (24190+ 4879)= 29069/- paid through online money
transfer via credit card. timtara assure delivery within 3 weeks. But
after 7 weeks over, timtara will not shipment of my products. Kinldy
take nessary step against this online fruad and fake timtara website.
Please get my product or refund.

Non deliver (non-shipment) of products from timtara, daily I called and
mailed more than 100 times, for last 30 days :no response to take the
shipment of My products still after 54 days: But their is no response
