Dear Sir,
We have already given the information regarding about the termination of internet service to the Reliance communication on January 17 and they have also accepted the termination of internet service by saying that 2 weeks working will be taking for approval of termination from their termination service department and during between 2 weeeks is not applicable for any charges. We have been registered the termination request through customer care. Meanwhile we are awaiting for approval of termination but we received the bill due date for the jan month(Rupee-717)
Today (Janaury 31) we spoke in the morning 8.25am with the customer care and told us i have to wait again 3 days.In such situation, we are waiting a long time for termination and delaying the terminatination process and finally again asking for bill payment.Now we have decided that the mistake is not for our side so we cannot payed a single money to the Reliance communication.This sitaution is really a big critical condtion so we are requested to review such Problem.
