while tracking the order status. its showing like ‘ ORDER RECEIVED’ . but nothing happening towards delivery of the product. i have called to 0183-2581330 datawind amritsar no. they are unable to explain & telling to call on toll free 1800-180-2180 which is not accessible. please help me out as i have made payment online & amount deducted on 24/01/2013 itself from my account.
