Hi,
I am using a pre-paid Reliance connection. My services are barred for last 15 days due to lake of supporting documents. I submitted my photo identity proof, residence proof and photograph to Reliance Web World, Airoli 10 days back. I am trying to contact customer care, but they are unable to provide me any satisfactory answer. I went to Relaince Web World, Airoli but they are only re-directling me to Reliance Customer care. I am really frustated with this situation as many important call missing every day.
Please let me know, what should I do further to solve the issue?
