DND Activated but Reliance sending Continious SMS

Name of company/service: Datum Softek

Dear Sir,

My DND is activated for my Reliance GSM for My Number 9883536599, but Reliance is sending me continuous promotional message from their Service Number RM-651234 and also they are calling from 1401510045.

Kindly take some strong step because I am unable to concentrate on my professional life because most of their calls and sms come during office time. I am unable to understand when TRAI makes a rule for Customer we have to follow them but why the rulesf or Telecom company made by TRAI is not followed.
