PAYMENT NOT REFLECTED (RELIANCE)

I have sent numerous mails regarding the same manner and i have been charged 4 times the late fees. i have made a payment and it is in my bank statement. this matter has been 4 months old, now when can i expect a solution i always get a reply saying you have forwarded the matter to your concerned team but there has been no solution to the same.
if you want me to simply discontinue the connection then kindly tell me i would not like your low grade services. if you cant provide a solution how will reliance give me the required service. i will make sure i never recommend reliance to any of my known person and will post the same problem on the consumer court forum.
I would like to discontinue my number as i am being charged unreasonable amount of late fees and my problems are not being solved.
this is my final notice and mail i will not make any payments until my complaint is solved.
