Deduction of balance repeatedly without notice

Location/place: Bharuch

Name of company/service: Reliance

Reliance telecom deducted repeatedly Rs 20 daily from 29/01/2013 to 30/01/2013 two times from my mobile no 9016504243.After complaining 5-6 times,they had not given any response regarding the complaint.They told that they are not bothering against their consumers complaint and harassing us .Please consider my case and arrange to solve.
