Defective Sony Tipo Xperia Phone

Hi,
Myself Basayya. I have purchased Sony Tipo Dual phone from Univercel bangalore on 2nd Dec 2012 and left to chennai for official work. From the day one i am facing Eco(Double voice) Problem with that phone. When i was searched google for the solution, I came across lot of reviews stating that it is common problem with this phone. Suddenly i wrote mail to Sony about the problem. I got reply that i have to take my Brand new phone for the service centre(I have mail)for servicing, as I was in chennai I was unable to visit any service centre there. I returned from chennai after one month and went to Authorized sony service centre(Numeric Communication Services- Malleshwaram, Bangalore) on 3rd Jan 2013 and given my handset for the inspection. They told it will take one day for repair and i left that phone there itself. But for my surprise on the same day almost 5 to 6 Sony tipo Phones were came for service in front of me only(For same problem). After two days (On 4th Jan 2013) when i was called they told its ready and I can collect the phone. When i went there and checked for the problem it was not solved. I spoke to them about the same problem they told “it’s a common problem with that phone it can’t be rectified”. I was literally shocked with that reply and i spoke to customer service executive, they told me to transfer the call to service centre guys. I Dont know what they spoke to each other and they have taken my phone back for repair. Its already been 25 days i didnt got my phone. When i was called several times they told it will take time as mother board has to be changed and its ordered already. they asked for 3 days time but now already 25 days over, still i dint got my phone. I have not taken brand new phone for the repair. So i need justice. I dont want that phone i need my money back. I told them to escalate about that product and not to sale cuz of its problem with mother board. But still they are selling that phone. So please help me to get my money back.

I have purchased Sony Tipo lastweek.On that day itself I noticed that the speaker sound was very low.Poor sound quality.After a few days,I went to the Sony authorised Service centre along with the CellShop’s assistant and made a complaint,given my handset for inspection.At the evening i was called and they told that its ready.they told the speaker is changed.But the same problem continues in my new brand Sony tipo. I am very much disappointed.Branded Company having so many problems. Don’t buy Sony Product.I have a great faith with Sony Company.But in my experience with this product will make my mind depressed.I can’t tolerate my feelings aganist Sony.
