I lost my HDFC ATM card of account number XXXX-1140008096 and i realized this when on the 9th Jan 10:15 i received the SMS that a amount of 21400 was withdrawn from my ATM card from Rajendra nagar Attapur HDFC bank ATM. Then i logged a police complaint regarding the same and also informed the bank-and asked for the CCTV footage of the fraud transaction and when i saw the footage i found that a lady who had covered her face did the transaction and i also found that guard had helped him out in using the card.my allegation against the bank is that how could that guard allow that lady with face covered to enter the ATM and do the transaction when it is strictly prohibited to enter ATM’S with covered face.if she would have not covered her face i could have recognized her or something could have been done.As Police is also not ready to help as the lady cannot be identified.I believe this is negligence on the part of the bank.I request you to look into this case.
